Motivational Speaking

Brandon aims to support high school aged youth who are struggling with addiction in their home and family life, and may be experimenting or regularly using substances themselves. Piloted in a Vancouver Island high school with grade 9 through 12 students during the 2023/2024 academic year and in 2025 in both the traditional and alternative settings. With proven impact, Limitless is ready to reach a wider audience.

The Limitless Talk
Brandon delivers an honest and captivating talk about his challenging upbringing, struggles with addiction, how he overcame it, and what life is like on the other side. Sharing his pain and triumphs in an unvarnished and authentic way that truly connects with young (and often skeptical) audiences, offering a lifeline and easy to understand tools for regulating the overwhelming emotions that often lead young people to depend on drugs and alcohol. Brandon’s proprietary Move Your Breath, Move Your Thoughts, Move Your Body model for emotional regulation is integrated into The Limitless Talk as a means of imparting the very tools that he has learnt to use to safeguard his sobriety, and aligns with the teachings of his Integrated Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP™).

Limitless Sessions

Following The Limitless Talk, Brandon unassumingly invites students to self-select for an opportunity to work with him in three small group sessions where he dives deeper into the Move Your Breath, Move Your Thoughts, Move Your Body model. Students who join these sessions are taught how to integrate this life changing and empowering tool into their daily lives no matter how challenging and chaotic things get.

Please reach out to explore how Limitless can be brought to your school and how it can be tailored to meet the needs of your student body.

Lake Cowichan School Counselor, Cowichan Valley School District

"Brandon captured the rapt attention of an auditorium of 14-15 year olds through the authenticity of his personal story. That's rare! His realness connects. This is not just a story of addiction and recovery, it's a spark of inspiration: take hold of your dreams, for you hold the power to choose to live your best life.

As soon as his talk ended, a coworker stopped me: "Where did you find this guy? He's the best I've seen in 20 years of teaching. We need him back!"

Brandon generously shared somatic therapy techniques with some of the students who spoke with him afterwards. One student shared these with a friend who was having a bad day, "why didn't I get to talk to him? I need to talk to him."

Overall, Brandon has done the long hours of personal work to get where he is today. His generosity, in being so candid and open about the hard parts of life, brought tears to my eyes. He has my full appreciation and endorsement."

“I am writing to show my appreciation for your commitment to the youth of Lake Cowichan. My son had
been struggling with school for the past few years and proceeded to get worse his grade 9 year. We
spent time going to Dr.'s and agreed it was probably ADD. He was referred to a pediatrician, where we
spent a few hours doing an online consultation and the result came back as depression. He happened to
stumble into a class where you were giving a speech, sharing your story of your struggles. In the short
time that he heard you, he opened up so much more about what he was feeling and thinking. Very hard
things for a mother to hear, but so grateful he finally was sharing and not keeping it all bottled in. I am
forever grateful that you chose to share the sometimes darker side to life, and helped my son feel less
alone and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I truly believe he is willing to share more because
of the impact you had on him.”
